Full time ESL Teacher in Hai Duong

Language Link is recruiting a full-time ESL teacher for our Schools Link programme for AY 2025-26, teaching at one private school in Hai Duong city.

We are currently interviewing for the new academic year starting in August 2025. Apply now to secure a position with us.

• Teaching at one private primary school in Hai Duong city. If spending time in a big city is appealing, Hanoi is just 70-100 minutes away and Hai Phong is 40-60 minutes away, with frequent bus, car rental, and daily train service linking all.
• Generous schedule of 20 hours per week.
• Monday – Friday fixed daytime timetable – NO WEEKEND CLASSES!!!
• Up to 620,000 VND per hour (based on experience/qualifications/ and offside distance).
• Start date:
  • Academic induction: late July 2025
  • Teaching: August 1st, 2025

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach the provided syllabus using ESL methods (primary students).
• Create and facilitate engaging activities.
• Administer mid-term and final tests.
• Participate in mandatory monthly training workshops and meetings.
• Attend annual parent-teacher meetings.
• Regular communication with our team.

REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
• A CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching certificate (with teaching practicum is desired)
• A clear Police Background Certificate
• Having at least 6-month ESL classroom experience teaching young learners or teens required
• 2 referees will be contacted.
• Being a native English speaker or equivalent with evidence of high English proficiency (equivalent to CEFR level C1)
• Able to commit until the end of the academic year (31 MAY 2026).
