Specialised English Communication teachers (Banking & Finance)

Language Link Vietnam is now looking for 9 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 to join our team and teach one-to-one classes to staff from a renowned bank in Vietnam.

• Course Name: Communication English for Banking & Finance
• Course Duration: 108 hours per class, 2 hours per week, 1 hour per lesson
• Expected Start Date: Late August 2025
• Schedule: 7 offline classes in Dong Da, 2 online classes 
  • Class 1: 12:00-13:00, Tue & Fri
  • Class 2: 17.00-18.00, Tue & Thu
  • Class 3: 18.30-19.30, Mon & Wed
  • Class 4: 18.00-19.00, Wed & Fri
  • Class 5: 18.00-19.00, Wed & Thu
  • Class 6: 17.00-18.00, Wed & Fri
  • Class 7: 17.30-18.30, Tue & Thu
  • Class 8: 17.00-18.00, Tue & Fri (online)
  • Class 9: 20.00-21.00, Tue & Thu (online)
• Hourly Teaching Rate: Up to 550,000 VND (Gross)

• A bachelor’s degree in any subjects
• An accredited teaching certificate (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL…)
• Minimum of 2 years teaching adults, with a focus on Communicative English.
• Experience in the field of Banking & Finance is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN DUTIES

• Teach 4 English skills including reading, writing, listening and speaking, focusing on speaking and listening skill for communication in Hospitality industry
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans based on the curriculum plans provided in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
• Create multi-faceted lessons to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere that engage learners and develop their team working, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Monitor learners’ progress and provide regular reports regarding their participation and progress to help manage learners’ performance throughout the course, and to actively promote learner autonomy.
• To represent LLV at site and liaison with clients/students if/when necessary.
• To liaise with AC/Training Manager (if needed) for academic related issues.
• To actively engage in professional development and performance management systems and procedures to assure high standards in teaching and learning.
• To contribute positively to Language Link Vietnam and position as a benchmark standard in best practice in the sector.
